First Outing – Cotswold Water Park

We had a really great day yesterday exploring a few of the walkways around the Cotswold Water Park! The place definitely has some potential and we can’t wait to start planning activities for new members as our numbers grow!

It was wonderful to get together and discuss the potential of the branch as well our common interests within the group! Although it wasn’t the best weather we still managed to see some wildlife in the form of various plants, flowers, trees, fungi, butterflies and birds – including grebes, coots and swans. The children also had fun learning about the different types of berry and which ones you can pick and eat.

We are so excited about the next trip and can’t wait to meet more members and their families!
